This blend is a love letter to two iconic coffee regions: 80% from the Centra Cooperativa Indígena del Cauca in Colombia and 20% from the Kedemai Cooperative in Ethiopia. Grown at elevations reaching 1900m and processed through ethyl acetate decaffeination, washed, and natural methods, this medium roast is a harmonious meeting of ancestral varietals, Caturra, and Castillo. The cup delivers indulgent notes of milk duds and a zesty pop of blood orange—smooth, vibrant, and endlessly sippable.

Kedemai, a cooperative built on community, invests 90% of FOB prices back to farmers, with projects supporting local schools. The Centra Cooperativa Indígena del Cauca in Colombia, founded in 1980, champions Fair Trade practices, ensuring sustainable livelihoods for over 2,300 producers while supporting local infrastructure.
