PEDAAL off the Pallet

With our PEDAAL off the Pallet service, your bike is meticulously tuned by our expert mechanics. It is then securely strapped to a custom-built pallet and wrapped for maximum protection. When your bike arrives, it is fully assembled, safety tested, and ready to ride.

Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery; the driver will contact you to arrange the delivery details beforehand. Delivery times can vary based on your location, typically ranging from 1 to 3 weeks (excluding unexpected delays).

Destinations

We provide shipping to all provinces and territories within Canada and to the continental USA. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, cruise ships, or international destinations beyond the continental USA.

Carriers

Local customers also have the option of in-store pickup. The carrier for your shipment is selected at checkout. For orders that qualify for free shipping, the carrier is chosen at our discretion.

Fees

• Bikes: Each bike has its shipping rate calculated by the carrier based on total order weight and destination. These rates are determined at checkout.
• Parts + Accessories: Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free shipping, except to remote locations. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated by the carrier based on total order weight and destination.

Processing

• Bikes: Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing (building and testing) bikes for our Pedaal off the Pallet service.
• Parts + Accessories: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing parts and accessories.

Tracking

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
