Warranties
At PEDAAL, we are committed to providing high-quality bikes and exceptional service. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials for the frame and fork of the bike.
Parts on the bike are warranted for one year, excluding “wearing parts” like brake pads, chains, cables, tubes, and tires.
Please note that warranties cover the original owner only and require the original invoice. Regular maintenance is essential to keep your warranty valid.
Warranty Coverage
New Bikes:
- Brompton non-Electric Bikes: 2 years for frame and fork. An additional 5 years if the customer registers here.
- Brompton Electric Bikes: 2 years for frame and fork. An additional 3 years if the customer registers here.
- Bullitt Bikes: 2 years for frame and fork.
- Black Iron Horse: 2 years for frame and fork.
Maintenance Requirements
Regular yearly or bi-yearly maintenance is required to keep your warranty valid. We recommend the following service schedule:
- First service: 2 months after purchase
- Second service: 9 months after purchase
- Third service: 16 months after purchase
